Do you put everything into your work? Are you good with your hands and do you enjoy a job where things can really get hot? Then become a production assistant in our foundry. We are looking for strong and skilled hands for the smelting shop, the core-moulding shop, the moulding shop and the fettling shop.

What a production assistant does
As a production helper, you support your team with the following work:
- In the smelting shop, for example with deslagging furnaces and ladles
- Finishing moulds and cores and as an assistant for the core moulders
- With fettling and deburring castings of any size and degree of difficulty using hand-held grinders and chisel hammers

What we offer
Approx. €3,100 per month for a 35-hour week (including holiday pay and Christmas bonus)
+ Shift bonuses
+ Pay for overtime (e.g. two Saturdays / month)
Approx. €3,500 total gross
Your profile
What we need
Teamwork and resilience are important in a foundry. You will be a good fit with us if you can work hand in hand with others, but can also work independently. You should be physically fit, have already worked in a production plant and be willing to work shifts and take on new tasks. Do you have a crane and / or forklift licence? Great, but not a condition of employment.
